In January 2023 the Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill was passed by the Scottish Parliament. The Bill replaces the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002 and we interviewed Robbie Marland, Director of League Scotland, to find out how the new Bill differs from the previous legislation.
