The Citadel is fortunate to have SGM Yagle. He is an awesome roll model for the cadets. Am a '67 graduate, son is a '94 grad and grandson will be a '25 grad. We are in good hands with the current leadership. GO DOGS and God Bless America!!

A Citadel '74 guy was in my Airborne School class summer 1973, both of us being college cadets there. He was one of the sharpest, and rebelliously funniest people I have ever met. He should have been in the Corps at Texas A&M -- the authorities would have hated him, but he would have commanded adoration and laughter from everybody in the rank-and-file.

THE Goat! My Citadel grad and now LT in the Air Force owes SO much to the leadership of Sgt. Major Yagle! Thank You, from one proud dad!

Awesome interview. I’m retired Army, but my bagpipe instructor when I was a kid was an a Citadel Grad that played in the band there. He was/is a top tier instructor .

Retired US Army NCO here. I too still wear a (different) uniform somewhere. I wish the Cadets success and happiness in life.

Can’t imagine The Citadel without Sgt. Maj. Yagle. One of the best men that side of the Ashley.
