When she said that Lynch permitted her and her husband to stay during the Hawk & Sarah scene, I totally thought it was leading to a story of another serendipitous occurrence on set wherein she was the one who accidentally made that noise in the kitchen during the shoot, and Lynch loved it and kept it in :D

I loved this scene when I saw it. I love it even more now that I know the real owners were in the scene. On the other hand if this is the final season, I think it would have been better if they had played themselves, Mary and Tim Reber. As if to say that was fun, it's really over now, let's move on. It all leads me to believe that there will be another season and/or hopefully another Twin Peaks movie.

Sometimes its better to fill acting roles with people who aren't apart of the trade, because it can be used for great effect. Just like the voice actors in Silent Hill 2. They don't have that Hollywood cadence, and it makes certain scenes like this feel way more real to me.
