Btw, Muhammad Ali had several fights whereas his opponents refused to call him Muhammad Ali and he punished them inside the ring. Like Ernie Terrell. Floyd Patterson said that he was fighting fir Christianity. He said that a Muslim should not be the heavy weigh champion. Ali refused to attack his religion. He chose to punish him in the ring. Yes, he drug out the fight. The media made a big issue about Ali talking to Ernie Terrell and Ali responded that they should have been complaining about him whopping him he said he wish Nation s just talk to each other instead of fight. Ali was a blessing for us all.

Alhamdulillahir Rabbil'Alameen! As Salaamu Alaikum! As someone who was born into a family that were Nation of Islam on my mother's side of the family. And who's first religious experience was the Nation of Islam and then the Church ( usually it's the other way around) and who rejected both the Nation of Islam's teachings and the Church's teachings about G'd in the person of a man ( whether Master Fard or Jesus Christ) and becoming a student of the Bible at the age of 9yrs and later a student of the Qur'an as a teenager ( which lead me to accept the leadership of Imam Warithuddin Mohammed while I was in the military stationed in Europe in the late 1970"s) I can truly appreciate this presentation. Thanks for sharing. Jazak ALLAHU Khair!!
