Glad you’re on Authortube. 🎉 I tried so hard to be a planner but can never stick to it. Then I finally read Story vs. Structure and made some reusable questions from that book by putting them in a whiteboard folder thing for kids and now I write not so catastrophically. I hope it can help you too.
