What’s the reason for second jump button ??
@BojackUCH6 ай бұрын
Better ergonomically, there are a lot of times where you want to separate inputs into two different hands for the sake of timing and a lot of times where you don’t, and two jump buttons is less strenuous on the wrists for super jumps
@Alex-kg3ww6 ай бұрын
@@BojackUCH what about quick jumping and maybe precise jumps is that when I would use the second jump button
@BojackUCH6 ай бұрын
@@Alex-kg3ww it depends on the person for the most part. Personally I like using space bar for quick jumps, but a lot of people find using right hand for both sprint and jump makes it easier to first frame quick jump. I also heavily recommend second jump button for precise jump heights

Hm. I jump to the wall and hold sprint immediately after jumping but nothing happens. I just sprint jump up the wall regularely. Do I misunderstand something? Anyway, thx for the video. Amazing to see so many tech that makes moves possible I considered impossible.
@BojackUCH4 жыл бұрын
NikolasK88 Id recommend setting up a single spikeball on top of a wall. Do a nonsprint jump then press sprint as late as you can to still make it over. Continue doing this with less and less delay between jump and sprint until you find the sweet spot. This is a good progression I find works with most of the people I teach. (Also if you haven’t already, switch to the controls I recommended!! It’s a lot easier to hit the right timing using two hands, and it doesn’t take too long to get used to)
@NikolasK884 жыл бұрын
@@BojackUCH Thx for the quick answer. I don't have a problem with jumping over one spikeball. But I don't see a way to jump over more than one. I use to hands for the controls. One for direction and one for sprint, jump and duck. Feels fine for me.
@BojackUCH4 жыл бұрын
NikolasK88 those controls work well! Just make sure you are over emphasizing in your mind that sprint comes after jump. Once that is firmly in your muscle memory you can progress to faster and faster. Faster inputs allow you to clear further. I have a new video on quickjumping that prove helpful to you
@NikolasK884 жыл бұрын
@@BojackUCH I've definitely improved. Should I practice until every walljump is a quick jump? This sounds insanely difficult to me.
@BojackUCH4 жыл бұрын
@@NikolasK88 It's definitely worth trying to achieve. It sounds harder than it is. You will definitely get there don't worry!!

what are you pressing to simply go underneath a block? I saw someone do it in game, and ive been trying to do it for half an hour, i feel like ive tried every button but i cant figure it out.
@terrorbite21282 жыл бұрын
im talking about crouch walking
@BojackUCH2 жыл бұрын
To go directly underneath a block? If there is absolutely nothing but the block the only way you can do that is by jumping towards the block while holding sprint and crouch and landing exactly to the left of the block. If you are beyond perfect you can land crouched just underneath the block enough to continue walking.
@BojackUCH2 жыл бұрын
Even if you are perfectly accurate every time you will not always be starting your jump from a coordinate that allows it to be possible, so it is honestly RNG and a very awful mechanic which not many people know about outside of the competitive community. If you saw some random person do it online I assume it's either a weird visual desync bug or they are hacking
