I need ada 1990 Title II help. Judges do not follow law for mentally disabled. I want restitution for two assaults and rape and judge not appointing me an attorney as mentally disabled make it too difficult. I became mentally disabled due to rape as my third child is possibly the result of that rape ( could be my ex -husbands). Need fbi rape investigation which is not going forward. Feel re-raped everyday. False referral not necessary had more than 150 of those.

Ohio, K 12, 1974 to 1987 the school district fear mongered students and said that we can’t ever talk about the history teacher Sexual Violence against students for 15 years. in 1989 he was convicted & incarcerated to 8 1/2 years. The Ohio Authorities early release him 4 months later to the city of Westlake Ohio. Bordering the city of bay village, Ohio. Which makes the teacher an offender of interest in the October 1989 abduction & murder of 10 year old Amy Milhaljevic . He’s familiar to the police is sketch artist, but I think the Ohio authorities are covering it up because maybe their early release makes them complicit to Amy’s murder. The other teacher that was suspect they talked in like 500 of his students. This teacher has not even been talked about or investigated & he still alive about 4 miles from the city, where he sexually assaulted 15 years of students.

Ok I’m asking you what kind of case I got?, for 6 yrs I think I’ve been bullied on line while I was talking with my family, I I’m from Romania. What I mean I heard hundreds of times a voice in my language of a same person making stupid comments while I was talking with my family and my friends on Facebook messenger and other apps alike. It’s not murderer attempt when someone hired or whatever is that is spying you and harass you for years?.I have proves I had recorded few of the conversations.What you think is this and with what kind of lawyer I need to talk? Just few days ago I was trying to tell a funny story about someone from another country to my ex wife and I heard the same voice I heard for years talking on my line, he said I quote “Let’s hear it!”. It’s not that murder attempt when someone is spying you, I mean looks like is the same guy, for so many years, monitoring your online activity for years?. Please recommend me a place where I can make a complain about it!I live in Charlotte NC. I was trying ones to file a complaint at a Christian organization and exactly at that time the whole website was not accessible anymore! I was insulted including when I was trying to say Merry Christmas previous year to my parents! Don’t forget I have recorded few conversations! Thanks

I was systemic discriminated, harassed, and cyber-attacked at work in Vancouver, Canada and the government's agencies- Canada labor code and human rights tribunal didn't investigate and closed my case.This is very unjust in Canada which the government had apologized for the past systemic racial discrimination for head taxes in asian community, but once it comes to companies the government put a blind eyes to it.

My brother has been beaten, emotionally, and sexually abused by prison staff without needed medical attention. I feel helpless, and need guidance as to who can assist my brother in this matter.
