Just make sure when taking the doors off you roll the windows down first to protect the glass, and that you make sure to keep the hydraulic extended because it’s a pain to get it back out if you close it while it’s off.

just a thought, but a good one. all exposed purple carbon fiber, all pink pinstripe and the orange in the interior in the same pink as the wheels. the black is the same or darker, black top (glossy), black calipers with pink text. feel free to what ever you want with YOUR car but this is what i would do.

You could put loctite on that shifter knob to stop it from coming off but do not use red because you'd have to use heat to melt the loctite if you ever want to take it off. I would go with blue loctite if it was me.

There is a trick used a lot in Miatas and I used it on mine when I had a metal shift know. Cut down a pencil eraser like.. Into thirds, set it on top of the threaded shaft and screw the shifter down. It adds a little pressure to the threads and keeps it from backing out.

Idk if that 6x6 is different but a wrangler we had and all the dodge vehicles we've had you just double click the remote start button because that locks it itself so I'm not sure if you clicking lock first messes it up or what lol.. great video as always!! Black calipers. If you paint them the same pink as the wheels, the wheels won't pop as much. I'd suggest black calipers with matching pink lettering.

I enjoy watching your dream car adventures. I'm retired from the Air Force and always collected cars but not near your level. Right now I have a 1977 Maserati Bora 4.9 with 15K miles on it. It is one of 19 US spec Boras built that year. I have had it in storage for many years while I was stationed overseas. I'm hoping that with your group's contacts, you might know a good mechanic in the Tampa, Florida area who has the skill to take my car out of storage and get it running again. The last time I drove it was 1993. I have a hard time trusting shops because the last time I went to one in Colorado Springs, when I was stationed at Cheyenne Mountain Space Command, my original leather wrapped tool kit and jack "disappeared! " Any advice would be welcome...I really miss driving the car.
