🧀An Italian family taught me! Best dinner!

Would you like the DELICIOUS PASTA RECIPE? This recipe is an Italian family secret passed down from generation to generation. The simplicity of the ingredients and the classic flavor combinations truly make this dinner the best. The pasta prepared according to this recipe turns out perfectly AL DENTE. The egg sauce combined with the bechamel sauce gives the pasta a really great taste.

📝INGREDIENTS:
vegetable oil.
700 grams of minced meat.
1 onion.
Salt.
1 tsp oregano.
2 tsp paprika.
Black pepper to taste.
2 cloves of garlic.
Spring onions.
300 g tomato sauce.
400 grams of pasta.
4 eggs.
50g butter.
3 tablespoons flour.
500 ml milk.
Nutmeg to taste.
120g mozzarella.

SALAD:
200 g Chinese cabbage.
200 g red cabbage.
300 g cherry tomatoes.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt to taste.
300 g canned corn.
50g mayonnaise.
300 g cucumbers.

In all these cooking shows/videos from Europe - I see the same, deep-sided glass bakeware is being used. I keep asking - - but no one will tell me the brand name, so I can purchase it for myself. Someone told me it was a brand made in France, called O'Cuisine. But I checked their site - and that was incorrect. Can YOU please tell me what bakeware it is that YOU are suing for this recipe ?!?
