This "owner" is a non human monster, surely someone could have tried to help this poor dog sooner, 12 years!!! To live such a miserable life for 12 years is appauling. This poor old dog doesnt deseve this life. This "millionaire. Why did he get a dog?" I hope he never owns another dog ever again. You can see this dog just wants love and affection. Really, i cant understand why it took 12 years before this dog received help.!!
