My sister-in-law was living across the road from her house. She and her husband had no ideal what was going on. Until they saw all kind of officers all over the house. Then they were seeing big machines digging on the backyard. That’s when my sister-in-law realize that they were looking for bodies. Rest in peace to all the victims🙏🏼

I grew up in Elk Grove, just south of Sacramento. When this was going on, my brother and I went to Evangeline's in Old Sac. They had a shirt there with a caricature of Dorthea, leaning on a shovel in a yard, near a fresh dirt pile. It had a caption "Sacramento. I dig it!" Great tourist shirt. Really wish I would have bought it.

Location suggestion: The Los Feliz Murder Mansion, 2475 Glendower Place. Harold Perelson, a cardiologist, ended his wife’s life and attempted to end his daughter’s as well but she survived, before taking his own. It was essentially untouched for decades since the crime occurred in the fifties. Pretty creepy.

True. She could have done well with real estate, use the equity to amass more properties. She could have died rich. Most importantly, she could have spared these precious lives instead of taking them. She never thought of the long ranging consequences of her actions. She had gone to jail before, sentenced 5 yrs for stealing, She got more clever. Bottom line is, taking lives wouldn't have affected her in the least bc she was a psychopath and this was easy. 🌹RIP to all her victims 🌹

I remember this story when I was going to UCDavis in the 80s. 😅 Fuestes was renting to people on Social Security who usually distant from their family who wouldnt immediately miss them. She used their personal info, made fake ID cards and cashed their disability checks after she killed and buried them on the side of her house...gardening? She dressed older than her age to give an image that she was a sweet old lady. So many of the crimes she comitted was in her 50s.

A friend of mine bought a house where 3 children were murdered by their mother's boyfriend. I don't know how she did it. They had the house blessed by a priest. Apparently also got it for a very reasonable price. I just know I couldn't have did it, myself. I'm someone who's all about energy. It would be too hard. And the funeral was on television. It was something you would never forget. The mother had to have people hold her up because her breath was taken away from all the pain 💔

I think she had the holes dug by local workers using some excuse or another. As to how she dragged the bodies out I'm not sure. I seemed to remember yrs ago--hearing about how she enlisted the help of one of her tenants, who appeared to be in a great deal of distress when his worker last saw him. I don't think he was able to articulate what was bothering him but he too went missing. DP told his worker that he had left the residence. Fortunately the worker didn't buy it.

Ok I'm one of those that have never heard this story before. I don't follow many true crime channels. I like the way you do your videos, that's why I'm subbed to your channels. R.I.P to the victims 🙏😢

Lamont you are a professional narrator and video producer. I really enjoyed this video. You were really pumped up and as usual made an awesome presentation. I would have loved to see your conversation with the officer concerning you flying a drone over his prison. Keep up the best video reporting and stay safe.

Good job .. me and my wife drove by years ago the house I mean. And there were people out front holding candles. I never figured out what that was about.
