Totally agree about the paperbacks with slightly thicker covers! Very satisfying! 😌

Well if youre going to read them as they came out, assassians blade wasnt the first one published lol but chronologically its first thats why the box set has it first.

angelikaaa i was thinking you should add a small segment of what movies/series/anime you watched for the month and add it in the wrap up as well!!

Please don't read assassins blade first. Read it either second or third. Just did my own re-read it definitely works better after at least the first book 💜

I’m also a mood reader and it messes up my plans so much! 😅

You need to read frost and starlight before silver flames! Not sure if I misheard your reading plan! 😊

I just read a great short story translated from Japanese and it’s called The Cat Who Saved Books by Sosuke Natsukawa, it was so cute and very short! Whenever you’re in the mood for another short story I think that one is good. It’s just a very charming sweet book! Thank you for giving me ideas to add to my already long TBR lol!

Even though the book set puts assassins blade first it was actually published third if I'm not mistaken, and I think it works best reading it in publication order! It's obviously up to you what you'd like to do best tho

I'm reading Juniper and Thorn by Ave Reid and then A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid

you should def look into osamu dazai - no longer human, its short, the character is highly questionable and a sexist sometimes but i really liked reading it

Seconded! I read Junji Ito's manga version, and it was unlike anything else I've ever read! Very unexpectedly emotional...

days at the morisaki bookshop and convenience store woman were two of my favorite reads last year, i hope you enjoy them! i wouldn't say the MC in convenience store woman is unlikeable. it's about a (probably autistic) woman trying to live her life the way she likes while dealing with society's expectations.

i started the acotar series this month and i'm maybe 55% into book one and i'm so disappointed 😭 it was hyped so much but its kinda boring
@perimortem52416 ай бұрын
The series is very very hyped, I think it peaks at the second book, and the first one can be a bit hard to get through if you're not super into it! If you have the energy I'd say give the second one a chance if you haven't already!
