Damn you guys got me all teared up. Can’t seem to find words to express my gratitude to all the good work they do there to help their communities. Just imagine you managed to get 1300 volunteers to help! And all I’m doing is watching some videos and maybe drop a small donation now and then. Be assured tourists will come back, not as many as in the past but still enough to get the economy blooming. I will definitely one of them! Thanks Chris for paying it forward and thanks to 5 Star Marine Phuket for their generosity and engagement 🙏

Chris! I don’t mind admitting that the tears were rolling down my face watching this Vlog. Not all hero’s wear a cape! And I know as you do just how much the people of Thailand appreciate the much needed help, to see their smiles while enduring hardship is an emotional experience. May I respectfully take the opportunity via this platform to thank 5 Star Marine and the thousands of hardworking volunteers who continue to support their community in need. Well done to all 👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

Chris I have been following you for a few years now and love your videos. I have had a trip to Thailand planned for quite a while now. Unfortunately, Covid came along. I am 66 and live on a modest social security income. I rent a small house here in the US and I have come to realize that about ten years from now I will no longer be able to afford a roof over my head. Thailand has been on my bucket list for quite some time for two reasons. I am fascinated by the Thai culture and am scouting possible places to live. I have cried through many of your latest videos. I grew up relatively poor, or at least what I thought was poor. My fiance is from the Philippines and we have been together for over 15 years. Eventually, we know we will have to move to PI or someplace similar with affordable cost of living. Before visiting the Philippines, I thought I knew what living in poverty was like. It really opened my eyes and broke my heart. I can't believe the contrast of wealth and disparity here in the US and other places. How can people live in luxury and privilege while some can barely feed themselves. It tears me up inside. I am still hopeful that I can visit Thailand in the next couple of years. I'm fighting my second round of cancer, so I really just don't know. God bless all the wonderful people trying to make a difference.
