Stopped taking psychedelics at high doses couple months ago and replaced it with only microdosing occasionally. Can honestly say it was a good decision, and I used to be that guy who only praised psychedelics. I feel like anyone who really wants to argue that some drugs can’t hurt you or aren’t bad are clinging to the idea to defend their own ego and useage.

Formal Phanpy yes but they usually only hurt you when used irresponsibly. I think if someone wants to use them they should be allowed to. Why cant it just be something someone can go experience and enjoy if they want like riding a rollercoaster or watching a movie.

Some people really need drugs to change them in a positive way though, they can't do it naturally. I was a pretty shy guy, but then after doing MD for a long time i got so much more confidence. I don't even take MD anymore because it is bad for your health, but the positive effect remain. Like i can go to a club sober and dance and enjoy myself, which i could of never done before.

"If you can't have fun without drugs, you shouldn't do them in yhe first place" Nope. I suffer from crippling social anxiety and the only thing that aleviates it is mdma. I can't go out at a dnb event and have fun with my social anxiety. I just stand there looking at other people socializing and I just feel lonely and miserable. Only on mdma can I go around meeting people and actually have fun. Yes i know i need to overcome the social anxiety without drugs but be real, this takes years of therapy and I need something to help me socialize and have fun until I can get there without drugs
@iiafterimageii5610
@iiafterimageii5610 5 жыл бұрын
Weed would be a way safer stepping stone to help you break social anxiety. MDMA alone can be harmful to your long term health, because it floods your mind with serotonin, thus when you come down, you feel worse because now you've felt an over the top high, now you face life as a grey low. Then you turn to the MDMA again, Where as weed helps you work out paranoid thoughts, and helps you not take yourself so seriously. While also not overloading your chemical brain

Just wanted to say your videos helped me a lot. I’ve experienced depersonalization & disassociation the past year after a few hellish trips, and it felt like “myself” would never return, & my soul was stuck in a abyss, that I can only describe as doom. I’m finally doing a lot of healing lately and the trauma is melting away, it’s nice to see I’m not the only one. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

This is amazing, Tom. It isn't useful to repress the use of drugs in society, because they have been embedded into human existence ever since we first started using. Drugs are the ultimate dichotomy in our existence.

Same applies to violence as a concept, a method and a philosophy. Still you would not want a society that does not somehow put restriction of any kind on it.

*Damn.* I feel like this is the definitive video of this channel. Not that you shouldn't make any more videos, but I think that so far we've been on a journey with you in which overtime you've shown us the real highs (your earlier videos where it seemed like some drugs were just perfect tools with only advantages and nothing else) and the true lows of drugs (your brutal bad trips and existential crisis such as the one you got after taking Iboga). This is like the conclusion to it all, the video which sums up all of the knowledge you've gathered and explained to us over the last few years, only that weighing both the good and the bad so it turns out to be an unbiased opinion on all drugs, and one based on hard truths from real-life experience. Congratulations mate ;D

I have been watching your content for a while now and I have to say that this is one of the greatest videos I have ever seen on youtube. Not only because it takes the realistic and ACTUAL properties of these substances into consideration the entire video, but also because I think that this was exactly what I needed to hear at this time. Hearing people say that there is always a bad side to the good has never really clicked and I dont think it clicks for many people. Your way of explaining it, to people that have done psychedelics, just makes way too much sense. - Thank You

Yo I just want to say man, that video did a great job summing everything up. That is basically the most objective and realistic view that any of us humans can take, the epitome of drug enlightenment IMO. I’m going through a hard time with kratom addiction right now, and even though I know this stuff instinctually, it’s nice to hear and see it, cleared my mind. Honestly some of the best content to date from you bro, keep it up. Peace

I am so grateful for you man. If it's one thing you taught me don't give up, so thank you brother. Don't give up with this channel I mean upload more usually. You're videos are great I especially like the ones were we just talk about a random topic that related to life and the few lucid dream videos as well. You're an inspiration what I'm trying to say is if you are taking a break from substances that's okay it's good that life told you but that gives you the opportunity to make videos about self realization or spirituality. Plus those won't get demonitized. Thank you again don't give up mate I'll always be here for you man!
