Pro-tip for anyone traveling anywhere: do NOT constantly check your pocket to make sure that your wallet is there. This shows pickpockets exactly where to find it and makes their job 10 times easier. Make sure you keep it somewhere secure so you don't need to check it (though, yes, the small pockets in women's jeans make that way harder and I wish they'd give us real pockets instead LOL) and resist the temptation to check or, if you must, find somewhere you won't be seen checking it first. Sometimes, like when you're paying for something, taking your wallet out is obviously unavoidable but always minimize the amount of times you could give away the pocket it's in.

Gosh the exact same thing happened to me recently. Theres this guy who sat next to me on the school bus, I initially was about to listen to music and vibe, but he tried to introduce himself and me being the nice person that I am also introduced myself. He asked me insanely weird questions that you shouldn't ask a person you met a few minutes ago. He asked me about my sexuality, mental health, if I have a boyfriend (I am aro so I said I don't) and he even made the entire bus ride about his backstory. I don't mind if they're talking about something traumatic, but only if we known eachother for a little bit. And he ALSO keeps giving me fist bumps! To this very day he still tries to find me at school and I would often avoid his presence and his fists bumps. I never usually write long paragraphs but man how I can relate to the second story

I relate to the wallet thing, one time in school I went to the bathroom and my phone slipped out and I didn’t notice (yes people bring up how all the time) and we’ll I went to class and someone came to me an adult with my phone.
