Sometimes I find it odd that nice look homes get abandoned Like that far looks cool and it’s even cooler next to the river

I agree, I wish there was an explanation as to why it's abandoned? Did the owner(s) die and no children to inherit? Did they simply move away due to financial reasons? The latter can happen sometimes, but why would they leave their photos, documents, and stuff just behind completely. It's sad if people lived alone and died alone in those houses. Being single isn't particularly a good thing (unless you'd be in a toxic relationship and then it makes sense being single would be better given the context).

Not unusual for farmland that is still owned to have old buildings on the property. We own farm land in wisc.
