A ramble about a nearby town, that seems like it was written by chatgpt wasted a lot of time. "Modernity mixed with tradition," . . . You're describing 90% of Portugal in general. Not meaningful. Took awhile to actually see the property, but no asking price given. Not helpful. And by the way, calling a lemon tree a "gin and tonic tree" is perhaps too revealing about how you proceed with these meandering videos. I want to see more properties from you, but not if there's no asking price given, and it's full of nonsense like this one.

A lot of people find the visuals from the air very useful and I am trying to find something to fill in that time the price is in the description as usual but it is €209,000, I know they are a bit flowery but apparently

Your narration is a fine idea; I just thought it conveyed nothing particularly useful for a potential buyer. In terms of listing prices in the description, if it's not in the title, then I don't see it. Watching KZbin on Roku, not on a phone. In general, these videos need to be a bit tighter IMHO. You'll probably hate hearing this, but Destino Portugal manages to show properties, and have character, without as much meandering. Just my opinion.

Thank you I enjoy their videos too, We are working on tightening the videos and from next week when I get back from France we will be using a different audio system which will make conversation between us easier. The narration and the aerial part of this video was to long and is an experiment I shall not persist with.
