Great unboxing. It was clear it was overwhelming to receive such sincere tokens of friendship and appreciation, which shows how much you appreciated the gifts. Oh, and Miro from BasiePlants recently said in a video that the original publicalyx was destroyed in a constervatory fire way back when, and botanists got together to designate a new “publicalyx.” Miro said that he believes that the plant we know today as “publicalyx” is actually publicorolla. Given the varieties of publicalyx have purple flowers as described in your publicorolla, your hoya makes me see his point!

I literally just ordered cuttings of the Hoya teng... However you spell it haha😂 the tiny dimpled one. Then I saw your video❤! I asked for advice on rooting a Hoya Undulata cutting on another video of yours and I just wanted to give an update - it rooted beautifully in perlite with a layer of leca at the bottom and a little water reservoir! I’m currently growing it in pon and no issues so far. It’s giving me two new leaves 🙏🏻👌

One of the hoya is pronounced as "Zam-ba-less"...a place in the Philippines where it is endemic from...I think it's actually a mini wayetii(also originated from the Philippines)
