There is no magical tool to detect whether someone has told the truth or not which is why these can never be used in court in a serious manner. Idk why he didn’t mention that (the man who told the results)

We all know that that test isn't 100% accurate. If you can't trust your partner, the relationship is already over. Why go through all this? That's great advice that Mrs Cutler gave no.2. You don't involve your family in your relationship issues. If taking this test makes their relationship better though. If they both agree, they should go for it.
