An Update on Gentleberry16 Gerek

Since my videos come up if you search for Gentleberry, I'm giving an update as to why his channel is gone.

Obviously, it's been a while since I last posted a video to my channel. The main reason is that there's not been many updates to FE2 so I didn't really think of anything to make. However, now that Crazyblox is adding more maps, I'm planning on making something soon. It's unfortunate and highly coincidental that someone who I've collaborated with before is going away at the same time I was about to be making videos...

Oh damn, I didn't expect this to pop up when I was trying to look back on his videos. Me being 9 months late on this definitely didn't help. Welp, sad that he is now gone from KZbin. I used to watch this guy alot back in my time as a Flood Escaper (I even got a shout-out by him in one of videos!). I hope that he's feeling well on his personal life, and wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.

I returned to FE2 a few weeks ago, i was searching for this guy, but i found no clue of his videos, i just remembered his avatar and that his name had "Blue" on it, i tried typing some of his videos that i remember fron my head, some of them include "Swim on Lava FE2", "Oil Rigid FE2", "Escape from Pootis FE2" and i also remember some vids of him playing Legends of Speed, Jailbreak and PARKOUR, but still found no clue of him, today i was looking at Waterflame songs on KZbin and i clicked on the song "Radioactive" and it had a comment i made 5 years ago saying "This song was used in the map The Power of Acid in FE2 Map Test" and when i clicked the replies it had only one reply, from a deleted comment. "@Gentlyberry16 Gerek Omgg" (It means he replied to my comment 5 years ago) then i searched his name on KZbin and found this video. I still always remember his FE2 videos i used to watch when i was a 7y kid in 2018, ill miss him. I hope he is doing fine :(

Well looks like every one of my favourite underrated channel are going down sadly. Some of them quit, some of them turned into a mistake, but I guess every KZbinrs has an end. Although, there's no need to delete the "memories". Atleast keep the channel as a history. I still enjoy his older vids.

I remember when I saw him in Pro Servers and literally everyone reset during a round just to get a screenshot with him. Even though I unfortunately lost my ss with him, that day and all of his videos are always part of my memories. Wishing Gentle good luck and happiness in his life

Its understandable to want to quit because of the high expectations. But what I will never understand, is why they delete everything they've ever done once they do quit. People enjoyed watching those videos, and to just delete them all so you can move on, its a win-lose. Best thing to do is to leave them up, or create an archive channel with all the videos.

I used to watch so much of his content until I moved away, for a very long time, and forgot about him. Only now have I just seen this video. I’ll miss Gentle, but understand his reasons for why this came to be. I wish him luck with his life and future. this info was very sudden to me while also hearing the news from some other people. although I do very little in this community and am very inactive throughout it overall, it is very sad to see Gentleberry leave, but great to realize that Gentle hopefully has real great plans for the future and for himself as his life goes on. I can understand the fact he committed into removing all of his content, and socials, but there was a reason for why he had to do it and I mean overall, it had definitely helped him to not think about the stress he has gone through as of recent before making the decision to remove his stuff, good luck to gentle man.

I'm never getting over this. It's already bad enough finding out that my favorite KZbinrs are quitting. Now THIS guy has to fall on top of that? Idk, man. I've watched this guy since Day 1.
