Congratulations! It sounds like we’ve had a similar past few months. I had a similar pregnancy scare in December. It was so scary and nerve wracking. I was sick most of last fall not due to pregnancy but due to my asthma acting up. We eventually found the mold causing the problem but it was such a long fall/winter because everyone caught every little thing and I struggled to just breathe. Glad you’re past that rough time! Also, yay for homeschooling! Fellow homeschool mom here. 😊 I especially love that you’re willing to share your faith- thank you!

I love that I found your KZbin channel. I’ve occasionally seen your name here and there and we follow a lot of the same Instagram accounts and I absolutely love the kind of person you are / have become throughout the years. I can’t remember how far along your current pregnancy is but I believe I’m about the same or a little bit further. This will be my 6th blessing and I’m 37 wills along now and can totally relate to the awful morning sickness and stress in the family dynamic. Glad to hear the tear is healing well.

Thank you for sharing! I’m pregnant and finally in the second trimester. I had HG with my first pregnancy and seems like I have it again! Still going through the nausea but it’s getting better. A lot of the moms I’ve talked too have never experienced nausea during their pregnancies. So it can feel very lonely for sure when others don’t understand. Idk what I would do without God and my supportive husband. Praying for you and your fam! Us mamas gotta stick together ❤

Alexa, yes, dry heaving can be a lot of pressure on your stomach and dry heaving can be very physically taxing, but for me when I had dry heaves one time after throwing up, it actually made me feel better the dry heaving made it feel like something was being released and I just felt a lot better so sometimes dry heaving is good because it makes u feel better. I just wanted to point that out/throw that out there. I hope u and your family has a blessed week!

Been pregnant six times. Lost three of them 😢 some well into pregnancy who are now my angels and am now blessed with three daughters. I legit threw up my entire pregnancies all day long for nine months the entire pregnancy up until the day I delivered. It was so difficult. First pregnancy gained maybe 9 lbs I was so sick. Second pregnancy gained 25 lbs and was super proud of that but was on nausea meds. Third pregnancy barely gained any weight as my mom was dying and I was sick most of the pregnancy and I think I gained like 9 lbs. I constantly worried about babies health. It was so worrisome. The dry heaving was very hard and violent on the body. Just hit the knees and pray. That’s all you can do. Praying for ya.

Pregnancy is not easy. After my last one which she is healthy 5 month old I had to go through sooooo much that I ended up tying my tubes and calling it done. This is my first pregnancy and man, my first trimester was chock full of nausea! Barely ate any proteins, wouldn't touch any warm/hot food, and basically survived on pretzels, green grapes, and cheese 😅 Definitely was hard on my marriage that first trimester. Lots of crying together and praying, and being sympathetic to how the other person felt through all the struggle. We're a lot stronger for it ❤ Thankfully in my second trimester now, and feeling so much better, other than currently fighting a nasty cold.

I hate throwing up!! It is the absolute worst!!! I am so sorry that you had to experience that!! I recently read that Capsaicin (sp?) or Cayenne is supposed to help with morning sickness.

Also when women are pregnant it's considered a high risk when you're a 30+. So you definitely gotta take it easy which sucks when your highly active. I'm an athlete so definitely hard when I had pre-eclampsia. All my kids I had young. Your definitely not alone sista. Bc I was viciously throwing up all 9 months.

Why are people constantly bugging you about it being pregnant isn't easy I threw up with every single pregnancy through the entire pregnancy with both sons of mine. They had to put me on meds so I can stop getting sick all day and I can gain weight. I was miserable. Both pregnancies were so hard. Sick all day and night. Not everyone has a cushy happy fake pregnancy where people act like everything is just perfect and everybody just loves being pregnant that's not like that for everyone. Online most women are not honest with their pregnancies they act like they're so perfect and everything is so perfect they have no pain they have no nothing until like the 9th month and then they're like okay I'm done. So I appreciate for once someone being honest how pregnancy can be so hard. My throwing up was so violent and painful.
