My gratitude for the sermon on unconditional happiness that I attended today. It was truly eye-opening and helped me understand how our Chitta plays a crucial role in our pursuit of true happiness. Swamin whansa as you have said very correctly that it all boils down to whether your mind is happy or not. No amount of material possessions, number of friends or whether you had everything you wanted yet if there was no happiness what good has it done if despite all these I was unhappy.? So Jesus says in the Bible "what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and suffers the loss of his soul"? And again He says "a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions"
