Ana Bekoach led by Rabbi Hoffman during Sukkot. This is the dream melody the Rabbi learned from a woman student of his years ago.
The first letter of each word is brought into focus, in the color of the appropriate sefira for that line. The six letters of each line forms a 7th "word" so there are 49 all together, one for each day of the Sefirat ha Omer - the Counting of the Omer.
Starting the second night of Pesach, seven days are counted, then "one week, one day," etc. until seven weeks are counted. Each day and each week is assigned a Sefirah, so for example the first day is "Chesed of Chesed." This is a seven week meditation on the various attributes the sefirot represent, that we need to purify.
These seven attributes are compassion, judgment, harmony, persistence, yielding, intimacy, and groundedness. (Chesed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yesod, and Malchut)
