Spanish is the most beautiful , romantic language ever and the sexiest. It's not even my native language. But I love this language a lot. That is one of the reasons why I am learning it ( and because I love mexican telenovelas). Spanish is so great for romantic phrases ( idk about cursing, don't know much about it.), my language which is croatian is great for cursing and for comedy but it isn't that romantic. I guess slavic languages aren't romantic in general.

The thing is ... if you follow some cuban influencers and all that. Yo can see that Spain has sweets/candies and canned foods, that are not available in cuba, and the US, even more. But, Spain has a looong tradition of sweet desserts, coming from the middle ages, that are sweet ... BUT NOT THAT SWEET. A cuban couple said they liked those desserts, because, while sweet, they were not that sugary (a big problem in the US, the excess of sugar), so there is a chance for that! PS: if you are wondering what desserts I'm talking about, we could start with Flan (yes, it is a dessert from Spain, while originally Roman, the current recipes all over the world derive from the Spanish ones). Some other desserts are ... "rice cakes" (they might differ from your local rice cakes), "rice with milk" (arroz con leche)(it's rice, milk, suggar, cinnamon, a think a tiny bit of lemmon, but I'm not sure!), Tarta de Santiago ... and many more, since those come from the middle ages, tend to be less sugary. PS2: My love to Cuba, and cubans everywhere (while there are assholes, like everywhere else, I've found cubbans to be, in general, lovely people, full of warmth, and joy for life ("joie de vivre"). I consider them brothers & sisters. ❤
