She did it again! She miscalculated some point totals! 😆 For the Avianca LifeMiles transfer bonus - my math here assumes a 100% transfer bonus when it's really 50%. So, for the TAP Portugal flight, you'd need about 43k miles. For the NYC-Toronto, 4,400. The US - LHR on United? 30,000 miles. And for the ANA flight: ECONOMY: 32,000 BUSINESS: 60,000 FIRST: 80,000 So very close to Virgin Atlantic's current prices after the bonus, but WITHOUT paying those fuel surcharges! Also, a helpful formula: to get the number of miles you need, divide the amount of miles the flight will cost by 1.x, with x = the first number of the transfer percentage. Example: that EWR-LHR flight: 45,000/1.5 = 35,000 45,000 miles (original cost) divided by 1.5 equals 30,000 Apologies for the miscalculated totals. Lemme know if you have any questions ;).

The sound was great on our end! 😎 I may have to look into the Bilt credit card, in spite of the aggressive devaluation...at the moment, we've not got a single card in our arsenal that allows us to gain miles for paying rent. Then again, I think a big part of why we've not accumulated enough miles to work our way into first or business class-tier points is because we so infrequently travel long distances and as you said certain points do expire. We definitely need to do some homework to figure out how we can better build up a reservoir of points and miles to pull from. Excited to see your vlog(s) from the first class flights. Great video, thanks so much for sharing - and love the earrings, too! ✨
