Nice to find a haven here from the MCU generation. 2004 was such a great year, Spidey 2 was the movie highlight of the summer. I remember scrolling through the music channels and finding this, sadly it wasn’t as well know as Hero from the first film, but this song is a hidden gem that encapsulates that era.

I remember this being played on Mtv, Vh1 channels when I started watching/listening to them, in my early teens. I liked the heavy, rebellious sound, which I had just started listening to, but didn't understand the lyrics, as I didn't know English that well. Nowadays, when I do, it sounds like a message to the people from my fallen country, and it encapsulates my rage and disappointment very well. I hope to get away asap, to a more normal place. Until then, I have songs like this to blow off steam.
