Dude. Anyone who hasn't tried this yet. You really should. I used regular "store brand" vanilla protein powder. It would have been MORE awesome otherwise, but just to make a point. Also I didn't use as much "peanut butter" and jelly, so mine came out to like 338 calories for all of it. I'm so full. Granted, I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm just a regular lady trying not to blow up to a house. Was it as good and decadent as egg yolk and heavy cream custard French toast with creamy full fat peanut butter? No. But was it freaking delicious considering it was French toast on a diet? Heck heck heck yeah! Absolutely worth it! I even made it using leftover egg whites from actual eggs that I DID make egg yolk heavy cream custard French toast with last week...🤔 which was 900 calories for 2. Not counting toppings...

Tip: Add peanut butter syrup (or similar) directly to the PPB and yoghurt mix instead of water to make it taste sweeter, and more like a creamy peanut butter. Only add water if it’s still too thick after adding the syrup. This gets rid of that almost tart aftertaste of yoghurt, and makes it taste so much better.

I tried this and it was amazing but my local market was out of sugar free jam. The PB2 yogurt mix was a little bit bitter so I added a dash of stevia and it was perfect, I'm sure the jelly would have evened it out more though.
