I learned this a few years ago, piranhas actually only eat dead animals. I found this out from a guy on TikTok who has a few of them as pets and he stuck his hand in the tank and they swam away from it. It was pretty interesting

Imminent danger? Have you at least watched the video before commenting or have you come here straight from watching such movies? Anacondas are fish eaters, their prey tends to be very small compared to its body mass. If an adult human walks along a water bank, an anaconda either won't react at all or it will flee in the opposite direction.

Actually the real nuts are the people who fear giant snakes. Its an utterly irrational fear considering that even housecats eat more humans than anaconda. Infact even housecats eat more people than every snake species combined. They hardly kill anyone either. Non venomous snakes average less than 1 fatality per year, WORLDWIDE. For comparison, dogs kill 35 people a year JUST in America alone, which only houses about 1/20th of the global population. Dogs are hundreds of times more dangerous than nonvenomous snakes. That's a verifiable statistical fact, not an opinion.

Well I mean technically you are over 100 times more likely to be killed by a dog. Even housecats have eaten more humans than anaconda have. The truth is that nonvenomous snakes almost never kill people. Its really sad that anyone fears them. Its all the medias fault.
