I love your videos. I grew up in Anacostia and left in 1984 to travel all over the USA. A lot of your videos bring back memories of places I have been. By the way, at 10:45 you were one block from the Frederick Douglass house. I thought you were going to turn left from 16 st onto W st. Thanks for all the effort you put into the videos.

Aweee dude, SoufEast... Whewww that brings back memories, Minnesota and Good Hope, that was my walk home to MLK and Mount View.. Lots of fights and shootings in Good Hope carry out.. Oh man, Minnesota and Penn, wow, I got jumped and my bike stolen in 1987, I think it was... Good memories...😍

Anacostia was thriving business community, and A very successful business community I have had relatives that lived there from the 1903 until 1968 when one of my family members sold their home and left the area, from 1903 to 1968 is A very long time to have paid taxes be part of a community to have people try and tell you it’s always been Chocolate City , not do true at all other people made tremendous contributions to this city……
