Tom Holt is the owner of urbane cafe, the first one was opened in Ventura Ca , and now him and his wife have opened up numerous restaurants through out California.. I got to be one of the taste testers before the first one opened, He's a good dude and his food is amazing..Tom tried to race some super crosses in the late 90's and early 2000's .
