@4plus I believe the doors are meant to be this series’s representation of hell itself. Sarah cannot let go of finding Audrey even though it’s too late, Audrey is gone. The entity that spoke at the end to Sarah in the form of Audrey was telling her that she will never see her again and that now she will be tortured for eternity still believing that she can save her. Kinda reminds me of House of Leaves in a way..

3:45 the beginning of it with the one added door reminds me of a part of a Dr Who episode, The Eleventh Hour, its not exactly the same idea but just something that creeped me out when i watched it when it first came out, and the added extra door bit in this gave a similar feeling. And the later part where thr thing that looks like Audrey comes out of thr door reminded me of that episodes villain, a shapeshifter

It's supposed to be an uncanny valley thing. A human-looking face with features that real human faces can't have. Something that looks human but isn't. Many people find this disturbing so it gets used a lot. And distorted/unsettling visuals is a big part analog horror. You don't have to like it or find it scary ofc but there's reasons why it's used.
