this is why I'm still hoping Logic will integrate the same EQ preview for something like ProQ as it does for the stock EQ, it's so great to be able to see the curves on every channel

Sonible did this a minute ago too with the smart eq

I thought SmartEq did this first ?

I would love to access the Big Gain knob in the multi-window, so I don't have to close and re-open the instances of different instruments. Right now it's not possible to do it ALL from one instance, it does suck from this perspective.
@thomasvopstalКүн бұрын
Yeah you cant have it all i guess, but cant you just use gestures to shape everything to your needs?
@simplelukeКүн бұрын
@@thomasvopstal Yea, but That is basic stuff. If i want to enable and adjust the spectral side-chaining I can't from the multi-window. Still need to open all the instances of the plugin.

pro-q3 already shows you every instance in your project in a scrolling list so you can see a) what each instance's EQ curve looks like and b) where conflicts are. The only thing it adds is the ability to edit other instances from a single window. Something Sonible Smart EQ has done for years.. if you have Sonible Smart EQ4 and Soothe2 I see no need to lay down hard cash on Pro-Q4

Some ppl would rather use one plugin

When a plugin like this replaces all of your other paid tools how do you justify all of the money you spent on those? 😢

Sonnox did it first
@danielkisel5661Күн бұрын
Even had the option to invert curves of two selected sources so you can boost the 60Hz on kick whilst reducing it on bass guitar, for example.
@thomasvopstalКүн бұрын
Sonnox can only show 2 eqs at a time right?
@dougleydoriteКүн бұрын
Pretty sure pro-q3 had this, it just wasn’t implemented well like this new one will be
@thomasvopstalКүн бұрын
@@dougleydorite i think you could only see a freq response of another proq3 source
@lbandi92Күн бұрын
@@thomasvopstalyes only two. There is a reference view in the Claro, but that’s only shows the problematic overlapping freqs. Which is almost as handy as the proq 4 feature. I would like to see a love child from the claro and proq 4 😛
