You can also do this from other Rain Dance transition moves, for example Raccoon Swing(FF3)or 1D2. You can also hopkick for easier execution if you don't want to crouch cancel but I really recommend learning this version for launch attemps, because hop kick has worse range and it can be sometimes inconsistent in hitting.

Thx for the tip, ill have to try that. But if possible can you tell the input how to this ? like how to do that crouch canceling.

Input BB fast after the crouch turn and then do B1+2. You have to either back dash, forward dash or sidestep towards the foreground to do a crouch cancel.
