It was second discourse where he laid foundation of his Notion of State of Nature !! Both 1 and 4 option are Correct - They both forms part of the postulate of Negative Liberty!! Answer can Be challenged since there is no Multiple choice In this Question!!

I think Nozik Just aquisition was not based on distributive factor He was against any type of pattern distribution It was simply based on first come He talked about just transfer and dealings of property between individuals

Jean Bodin famous statement "The sovereign Prince is accountable only to God". Note - Legal theory of sovereignty is a bit different from Absolute theory or Monistic theory of sovereignty !!
