I am trying to model lateral loaded pile in sap2000 using nonlinear spring to define p-y curve for soil but i have a different results than L-pile when i compared the moment and shear , if there is any reference to model piles on sap2000 or any other FE Software to make sure the model is correct it will be great

how did you assign non linear spring in sap2000? and how did you get that value?

@@kushaal007 from define panel, section properties, link support properties, from link / support type chose nonlinear The value of the curve is from reese book
