Thanks for your support. The best way to decide type of analysis (static and dynamic) of component completely depends on the working conditions. For finding the deformation and stress of component, we can use static structural for fast result instead of dynamic analysis even the force act on component is when component is motion. We prefer to do dynamic analysis on components when our input is dynamic value such as velocity and acceleration.🙂

Deformation Strain Stress Temperature distribution in the material Heat flux To my knowledge these parameters can be obtained using ansys workbench 😁

I searched(online) for piston operating explosion pressure value and temperature value According to my piston dia I choose a value and perform the analysis 😄
