In life what happens, guy would have been a stud in sales and brought an outstanding performance, but, if he is ignorant of Pivot table tricks, there is an element of low confidence, which your video empowers. Could you help with an automated primary order for a distributor with 4 despatches on a 20, 25, 30,25 % flighting ( Ex for Dec 21) considering 21 day stock level and a 15 day closing stock ( Ex: for nov21), for a 5 brand ×3 sku company., please have your own hypothesis for P3M Average( past 3 months) in volume ( with automatic price column) however giving clear indication to distributor on how much he should NEFT for each of despatch Thank you so much for this support🙏😊

In the pivot table fields, for the value section, why was it "count of...." instead of "sum of....."? whats the difference between count and sum? how does that affect the data?

If there is spelling error in city name sometimes,for example, Delhi is somewhere written in data as Deli,. Some entries are with the name Delhi . How to correct this error...

You can use Control + H to find and replace the wrong text. Or you can make an extra column with conditional example: if C2:C10 = "Delhi","Deli" or you make Data validation(combo box) to prevent this errors, or use the Option under File to do self correction. The best is data validation. But if the data comes from outside, just use Control +H to correct. Still there other options for this problem.

Dude your whole sales analysis is going for a toss.. since you have summarized it as "count" not "sum" which is actually giving you the number for entries per region or any other attribute you are trying to analyze. if you don't know.. now you know!!
