Mera flat toh north facing hai, lekin flat apartment ke SW mein hai, 6th floor par hai., master bedroom ghar ke SW mein hai aur balcony aur window bhi wahi lagi huyi hain. Maine vastu samjhne ki koshish hee iss liye keey kyu ki iss ghar mein uttarayan ke 25-30 dinn pehle aur baad mein bahut garmi hoti hai, december -january mein humein AC chalna padta hain! Balcony mein rakhe paudhe bhi kharab ho jaate hai. Aapne bahut hee khubsurat se convince kar diya ke sirf ghar ke north yah east facing hone se koi labh nahi, vastu ke peeche jo logic hai oss par bhi dhyaan dena chahiye! Garv hona chahiye hum sab ko ke humare desh mein aise gyan ke dharohar hai aur isse aam logon tak pahunchane ke liye aapke prayas ke liye aapko koti koti pranam ! Thank you so much Dr A Bhardwaj Jee telling the truth about the Vastu science. I am a practising Architect. I love to listen to vastu and practice the Vastu-compatible design homes. Recently I have designed my own house (residence) which faces south. It is under construction now. I know East orientation is better and then North is good etc. But I have chosen the south orientation due to the site condition. I came under pressure while doing this. Now I am cool after watching this video I can say my decision was not wrong. I watched your videos a little in the past now I decided to follow you more often. Your explanations are very clear, there is logic, and it is practical and well-explained. I am sorry to say that the so-called Vastu experts whom I watched before had less practical knowledge they used to twist things and make people mad. So in this context, your verdict and your knowledge mean a lot to us as practising Architects and engineers. Pranam Guru! Dhanyabad!

Namaskar Sir. Main aap sara videos dhekta hu. Accha Gyan milta hai aur aap bahut accha samjate hai. Par mera confusion dur nahi horaha sir. Dakshin (south) Mukhi facing Makan/flat ke liye. Sir mera question hai Ki agar ? Ek Society ke Main Gate se enter karte samay. Mera face Suraj ko face karta hai aur Society ka entry Gate West ke taraf hai. Aur usme 3 floor storey Group house hai jisme total 12 Flats hai (each floor me 4 flats hai 2 north facing aur 2 south facing) hai. Group house Mai entry karte samay Mera face West ko face karta hai, aur flat ka Main entrance East Facing hai. Usme 2 flat doors North facing aur 2 South facing hai, in each floor. Tho Mai Kay North West corner South facing door wala flat loon ya North East corner South facing door wala flat loon. **Ladders Group house ke andar West end par clockwise hai. **Aur SepticTank bahar South East corner me hai. Please suggest kijiye sir. Sare bolte hai ki south facing flat ya Makan accha nahi hota.
