Classic example if father is just biological dad. If Mother is working, how's it expected that she'll handle office, daily chores, kids, education and cooking exceptionally well like a machine? In nuclear family where in laws are there to give encouragement with zero support, men should also share load. While wife is cooking etc, he should be fine to take care of kids or tell upfront before marriage that I want a 24/7 running machine wife. He will be a real meaningful dad then. Change should be in sharing the load first.
