Not necessarily about culture, in India people come from different backgrounds, if it is like that people will start fighting especially if it is a company with people coming from all over the country then they all will want to wear their specific dresses ,it's better to wear Western dress where there is uniformity. This video is dumb in which reputed company do women wear dress for work it's pant suit or pant blouse or knee levelled skirt n blouse not like this video sleeveless and showing cleavage. And that lady who wore the sari didn't even wear the sari properly so more so it is her mistake for wearing it so shabbily .She herself doesn't know how to carry herself well no wonder they looked at her so oddly.
