I always refer to you once i struggle with very specific details especially after your request to define the nature of histamine 1 receptor. It's Gq but the issue here that this receptor leads to contraction, instead It's the Gs that causes vasodilation, so i figured the vascular system must be consisting of this two aforementioned types and for that we get a distributive shock manifested by hypotension and by giving epinephrine it causes bronchodilation and also increases blood pressure so as the effects of histamine are antagonised. Do you agree ?

M2 is suppressing Gs coupled receptors hence bronchoconstriction and Alpha-1 receptor hence vasodialation. Do not forget that Gq in heart for contraction by Ca++ upregulation .

To increase intracellular Ca++ in heart muscle needs Gq . But, as a consequences there may be urine incontinence, diarrhea , sweat , SIADH dementia, hemorrhage , hyperpigmention, dermatitis and Death . As for Tx: it needs Mg++ to ameliorate K+ & Ca++ hypercelluar activity as well as moderate Cl- & Hcl- & Na+ to compensate the decrease in PH.
