That includes what mast cells are, and their role in the acute inflammatory response; how immunoglobulin E interacts with mast cells; what hypersensitization (type I) is; why anaphylactic shock shows its characteristic symptoms; and how the cardiovascular shock comes about.

I think it would be more nicer on the eyes if you had done it on a white table / cloth with a daylight light bulbs for lighting other than that great video and explanation
