The basic lore between these two is that Ironmouse is Satan, who ditched her job to come to earth and have fun, and Bubi is Beelzebub, who did all of the *real* work governing hell and is here to a. see what all the fuss is about, and b. try and convince Mouse to do her job.

You had Bubi's name right the first time, don't worry. Bubi runs hell while Mouse runs around in the human world but he still checks up on her, as is the vtuber lore anyway. In real life Bubi is played by Mouse's best friend CDawgVA (a not-so-secret secret) and he's only streamed as Bubi once or twice but he's been on Mouse's streams as Bubi a few times.

Not necessarily, since Bubi's name is Beelzebub, which in many large references is just an alternate name for Satan. Edit: In recent(300-400) years, Beelzebub has been used as the demon of gluttony for the Sevens Sins, and Satan is part of the Sins, as wrath. They would be equally ranking demons.
