First meeting point is Vishnu prayag, second nanda prayag,third karnaprayag and fourth is rudraprayag. River dhauli meets at vishnuprayag not pinder. The river pinder meets alaknanda at karnaprayag

I wonder why government is reluctant to clean cities. I see no proper dustbin in cities. Even when we have something we don't get place to throw it. There must be frequent dustbin through out the town to keep clean cities. And municipality may recruit part time civil volunteer to keep eyes. In that way we will be neat and clean. Just not the rivers
