@@just2comment2 oh yes, I love that one too! One of my favourite covers she did. There isn't a song of hers I haven't heard, heh. But I do miss this kind of edge in her own music since the Anastacia album. It returned in a couple of songs on the Resurrection, but after that she and her producers started adding more of the computer effects and beats again. I love the rock instruments against her voice so much better. That's why I love her live concerts, nothing better than Anna and a good band. :)

I love that album for the lyrics, for the vibes it gives me and because it marks an important return after the second "stop" but there's little sprock (SLT, SATS and some bonus tracks). The album is very intimate and soft, the lyrics are really beautiful but I wouldn't talk about rock (with the exception of a few songs). It doesn't have the energy/anger that the 2004 songs had (perhaps she herself faced the "second" illness in a more mature and less impulsive way and this is reflected in the lyrics and above all in the melodies). It's been a long time since Anastacia produced something very sprock (Maybe All Fall Down\Same Song from the unfortunate Heavy Rotation album was the very last sprock songs with the exception for SLT and SATS). She now approaches to sprock with rock semi-ballads like Before but lately the more "strong" songs are more funky/pop than rock (Reckless or Now or Never itself for example).
