This look turned out beautiful! You have some amazing skills! I already returned my subculture palette because I don't see myself reaching for something that makes doing my eyeshadow more work (I have partially hooded eyes so it's hard enough!) Hopefully with their next release they will return to the old, completely awesome formula.

I would love to see someone create a look other than a smoky eye. All tutorials I've seen have showed an orange and blue smoky eye with either cube or electric in the inner corner.

I have this palette and I absolutely love the colors. I am very careful not to dip in too heavy, and therefore I do not have a problem with fallout. I love how you used it and now I want to give it a try. You look beautiful and I would like to see you use more or different shades again.

I'm probably gonna wait and see if they will fix the formula because I really do love the colors. Norvina actually tweeted that this was the first they used automated pressing. I've heard some people say that the shadows are more like pressed pigments. That still doesn't explain why some people had more fallout than others and why some people had problems with the colors not sticking to the eyelid even though they used a primer. I read on Temptalias blog that she and Leesha (Aka xSparkage on youtube) were sending videos to each other where they swatched the same shades. Temptalia barely had any fallout while Leesha had an "explosion of powder". You can return the palette if you contact Abh's costumer service but I think you created a beautiful eyelook as usual

You've done a beautiful look. Im not a professional but I didn't see all the crazy about the palette. I thought it was really a nice thought out palette with amazing colors. I REALLY would of loved to see everyone at the very sametime thoughts so no one can control another's thought process. Yes it had fallout and yes it had pick up but it's a really good palette and I thought it was pretty close to its sisters palette. J.s. You really did a great job!!

I can’t figure it out... the Subculture is one of my fav palettes. I use it several times a week, and I really don’t have any additional fallout than say my Lorac palettes. My palette still looks pretty clean too. I tap my brush, finitely, though. I absolutely love it and haven’t had issues with it. Love this look! Can’t wait to try!

Gorgeous look! As far as the palette being dusty/chalky, it IS a pressed pigment more than an eyeshadow. Wayne Goss puts it very well in his review, that with any highly pigmented product there will be dust and fallout. If there isn't fallout, there won't be much depth of color either. So while it can be frustrating, it is also something that can be worked with. Just don't go scrubbing your brushes around in the pans 😜

I'm seriously considering buying this palette, modern Renaissance doesn't make me very excited color story-wise, and Prism would be my second favorite. The palette is amazing. It's powdering due to the extreme pigmentation. So that's going to happen if you want color payoff. I don't think it's worth losing points over small minor stuff like that. You did an amazing job. I love the subculture palette. There's nothing like it.

Omg I know you did this forever ago but what can I say I'm a little late to the game - either I have a fake palette or your lighting is off or Something really weird is going on because my access color looked sound much greener than yours and also my electric looked so much colder and less yellow as yours but my palate was not very chalky and there was not much kick up at my Roxy color had the most kick up and aunt went into electric not cube - but yours is the first tutorial I've done using it- and so now I can't wait to see how it performs with other tutorials- btw not only are you so awesome that I broke the bank with buying makeup geek shadows because of you - and I think they should pay you - but I broke the bank at Sigma because of you so I'm THRILLED that they ARE paying you 🙂🙂🙂🙂

These are lightly pressed pigments. Overall the look came out nice 👍🏻 you just have to have a light hand.
