Lmao thanks a bunch Pienaar, this was the first game I ever saw at Old Trafford. I would have been devastated with anything except the win. The weather was freezing, and became almost unbearable whenever somebody left their seat. The away fans were giving it all game. Couldn't believe it when United got the peno. Classic United, went on to win the CL that season too.

Back then this game really annoyed me. Everton were on a very impressive 13 game unbeaten run and had we got a draw here at old trafford well whos knows back then what might had been. But things now for everton are moving in the right direction and i hope it contiunes under Rafa bentiez💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

We were great that season and had a very likeable and committed group of players and a likeable manager. It's the complete opposite nowadays.
