The upper section of a dual-deploy high power rocket is where much of the difference lies versus a low power model rocket. Here, the avionics bay and bulkplates, payload tube, and nose cone are assembled and drilled for various vent holes and fasteners.

As a mechanical professional, watching videos to get up to speed to get into rocketry, just wanted to mention that "tolerance" should be used to refer to the accuracy of a particular dimension, and "clearance," "interference," or "the fit" should be used to refer to the difference in size of two objects.

wow you may need to slow that drill speed down if it grabs it will tear you up

you can put a little DN alcohol in the epoxy it will thin it and make the set time 5 or 10 min longer also nice PAU airplane
