Very helpful video, the breakdown was well explained at every stage. However, within the sarcomere he did not mention the H band or the M line. Just wanted to point that out because those features a apart of muscle contractions.

These videos are so helpful for visual/ auditory learners. I hate that khan academy is officially removing them off their website, I guess it will remain on KZbin, which will be helpful
