in Poland we have short poem about this bones: Boat is sailing, moon is shining, triangular peas are falling, On trapeze, little trapeze, hangs a head on a hook Ofc it doesn't rhyme and sound very well in english XD but maybe it'll help somebody to remember them!

I am software engineer and watching this video due to my Metacarpals number 3 & 4 head is in pain but not MCP joint due to I hit it on something. It hurts only after I squeeze the head . Loved your video as, for some from outside medical field it is brilliantly explained .
